Commercial Service Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day operations of commercial banking clients, the full-time remote Commercial Service Specialist will manage client requests related to treasury products, loans, and deposits while fostering strong client relationships and collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, addressing their day-to-day servicing needs via phone or email
• Proactively develop client relationships to identify solutions and enhance the overall client experience
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client needs and ensure timely delivery of services

Required qualifications

• High school education or equivalent with 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial services
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management capabilities
• Proven resolution-based problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
