Commercial Services Representative
Job Summary
Supporting the accurate execution of Marketplace quotes and customer service requests, the full-time Commercial Services Representative will process quotes, manage case requests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid environment for a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and process Marketplace quotes, ensuring accuracy of pricing and contractual details
- Resolve day-to-day requests from the Shared Services queue and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Collaborate with Senior Specialists to support Marketplace and Customer Success teams and respond to inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business, finance, or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred
- Exposure to subscription billing, quoting, or contract administration
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
