Commercial Services Representative

Job Summary

Supporting the accurate execution of Marketplace quotes and customer service transactions, the part-time Commercial Services Representative will manage quoting, product corrections, and cancellations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid environment for a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and process Marketplace quotes, ensuring accuracy of pricing and contractual details
• Process and resolve day-to-day requests from the Shared Services queue in a timely manner
• Collaborate with Senior Specialists to support Marketplace and Customer Success teams, responding to routine inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business, finance, or a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/case management tools is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in AI-enabled tools and process automation
