Commercial Services Specialist

Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time remote Commercial Services Specialist will build relationships with clients, resolve issues through multiple contact portals, and act as a subject matter expert for complex inquiries related to Commercial Services.

Key responsibilities

• Review processes and procedures to recommend efficiency improvements and stay updated on product offerings and regulatory changes
• Provide proactive communication and exceptional service to clients while resolving escalated issues and managing expectations
• Assist customers with commercial issues over the phone and achieve established service metrics

Required qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent
• Two (2) years of related customer service work experience
• Ability to manage multiple computer systems to access client information
• Basic understanding of privacy regulations and customer authentication
• Proficient in Windows-based applications
