Commercial Services Specialist

Job Summary

To support large-scale construction projects, the full-time remote Commercial Services Specialist will prepare and manage subcontract and vendor agreements, assist with licensing requirements, and interface with various departments for bid documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and manage subcontract and vendor agreements for construction projects
• Assist with local and state licensing and registration requirements across the United States
• Review scopes of work for subcontractors and manage subcontractor change orders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
• Five-plus years of construction and/or construction-contracting-related experience
• Strong computer and email skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Experience with Procore for tracking agreements and pricing
