Commercial Services Specialist

Job Summary

To support large-scale construction projects, the full-time Commercial Services Specialist will prepare, negotiate, and manage subcontractor agreements while ensuring compliance with licensing and insurance requirements in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and manage subcontract and vendor agreements for multiple construction projects
• Assist with local and state licensing and registration requirements across various jurisdictions
• Review scopes of work and manage change orders for subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
• Five-plus years of construction and/or construction-contracting-related experience
• Strong computer and email skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience utilizing Procore for tracking agreements and pricing
