Job Summary

To support innovative clinical supply solutions, the full-time remote Commercial Solutions Manager - Drug Delivery Device SME will serve as a technical advisor, focusing on the assembly, packaging, and labeling of injectable drug delivery devices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop competitive client proposals and strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy for injectable drug delivery device opportunities by evaluating client Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and developing competitive proposals
• Act as the technical subject matter expert for injectable drug delivery devices, providing guidance on assembly, packaging, and labeling solutions
• Represent the company during customer meetings, technical presentations, and facility tours, effectively communicating capabilities and differentiators

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Life Sciences, Operations, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with injectable drug delivery devices, including prefilled syringes, autoinjectors, and needle safety devices
• Experience supporting assembly, packaging, labeling, or commercialization of injectable drug delivery devices
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
