Job Summary
Serving as the primary technical support for FPI services, the full-time remote Commercial Solutions Specialist will manage customer inquiries related to telematics, data services, and fleet management, ensuring timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for technical support, diagnosing and resolving customer issues
- Capture and report customer support issue trends to management while maintaining ownership of cases
- Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues as necessary to ensure effective problem resolution
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate or college degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of contact center experience required
- Previous experience with Percepta or Ford programs is advantageous
- Understanding of operations program handling processes preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
