Job Summary

Serving as the primary technical support for FPI services, the full-time remote Commercial Solutions Specialist will manage customer inquiries related to telematics, data services, and fleet management, ensuring timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for technical support, diagnosing and resolving customer issues
  • Capture and report customer support issue trends to management while maintaining ownership of cases
  • Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues as necessary to ensure effective problem resolution
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; associate or college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of contact center experience required
  • Previous experience with Percepta or Ford programs is advantageous
  • Understanding of operations program handling processes preferred
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
