Job Summary

To support strategic mid-size customers, the full-time remote Commercial Solutions Specialist will champion Procore's Cost Management products, driving customer adoption and maximizing business performance through consultative recommendations and collaboration with account management teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the Cost Management Subject Matter Expert, identifying cross-sell opportunities within existing enterprise customers
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Success Engineers to position and sell the Cost Management product suite, achieving product-specific ARR targets
  • Provide updates on product capabilities and performance, enhancing customer understanding and driving product adoption
Required qualifications
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5+ years of successful B2B software sales experience
  • Experience with consultative, solution-based sales methodology
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers via phone and email
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
