Commercial Strategy Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Strategy and Operations Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Support operational needs of the Sales team through quota maintenance, territory alignment, and user provisioning
• Analyze data and develop reports to identify insights that enhance commercial performance
• Collaborate with teams to redesign processes and create documentation for new or updated workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0-2+ years of professional experience or 4+ years of relevant experience
• Interest or experience in B2B SaaS or high-tech customer organizations, preferably in healthcare
• Experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or business analytics
• Familiarity with BI or reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
