Job Summary
Driving growth and operational excellence, the full-time remote Commercial Strategy Manager will design, analyze, and execute commercial strategy initiatives while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Operations to optimize performance and improve sales effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Lead annual planning components, including segmentation, territory design, and capacity planning
- Identify opportunities through market and performance analysis to enhance growth and profitability
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations and develop forecasting models
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in commercial strategy, sales strategy, planning, or operations
- Experience with planning, segmentation, and sales productivity
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and BI/reporting tools
