Job Summary
Seeking a full-time salaried Commercial Subrogation Manager, this remote position will manage a team of subrogation professionals, drive revenue performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver services in line with new commercial business contracts and collaborate with sales for business expansion
- Manage a team to achieve subrogation recoveries aligned with revenue goals for commercial clients
- Oversee departmental budget and develop innovative processes to meet client deliverables
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or 5 years of experience managing a subrogation team
- Prior experience managing remote teams of 5 or more employees
- Experience with commercial subrogation, including insurance carriers and Medicaid/Medicare plans
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and achieve revenue goals
- Ability to motivate staff and manage multiple initiatives under pressure
