Commercial Subrogation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Subrogation Manager (Remote in US).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver services in accordance with new commercial business contracts and collaborate with sales to grow the business
• Manage a team of subrogation professionals to achieve recovery goals for commercial clients
• Oversee departmental budget, staffing, and develop processes to meet client deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration and/or 5 years of experience managing a subrogation team
• Prior experience managing remote teams of 5 or more employees
• Experience with commercial subrogation, including insurance carriers and Medicaid/Medicare plans
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and achieve revenue goals
• Ability to motivate staff and manage multiple initiatives under pressure
