Commercial Support Representative

Job Summary

Acting as a liaison for customer accounts, the full-time hourly Commercial Support Representative will provide product and services support, troubleshoot issues, and manage competing commercial projects while maintaining high customer satisfaction in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Connect with customers to understand their needs and build trust and satisfaction
• Maintain workflow and multitask effectively to ensure customer satisfaction during projects
• Engage with business partners to make strategic decisions that benefit both the company and customers

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Two years of experience in a service environment
• Working understanding of multiple computer systems and applications
• Solution-focused mindset with critical thinking skills
• Ability to maintain a professional virtual presence throughout the workday
