Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and document customer inquiries related to products
  • Conduct research and analysis for support concerns and communicate with product and customer teams
  • Proactively address customer needs to ensure satisfaction and long-term success
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and training
  • Experience in customer service or as a client service representative
  • Experience in the construction and/or software engineering industry
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems like Salesforce and Zendesk
  • Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
