Commercial Title Clearance Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Clearance Officer to oversee the title clearance process for commercial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and clear title commitments for various commercial transactions
• Identify and resolve title defects and clearance issues
• Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on complex clearance decisions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial title clearance or production
• Preferred experience in NY, NJ, and/or PA commercial title
• Expert knowledge of authority documentation and title standards
• Experience working with national underwriters is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys and real estate professionals
