Make insurability decisions and translate title insurance guidelines

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of prior commercial title examination experience
Strong metes and bounds mapping skills
Experience with county government websites and title software applications
Good research and investigation skills with an understanding of legal terms
