Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Title Examiner to provide nationwide title services and support real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Compiles, investigates, and examines public and tax records to assess the legal condition and insurability of commercial or industrial property titles
• Prepares accurate title commitments in line with company procedures
• Works under general supervision, managing individual workload and performing additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
