Job Summary
Providing nationwide title services, the full-time Commercial Title Examiner will compile, investigate, and examine public records to determine the legal condition of commercial or industrial property titles, working remotely as part of a title team.
Key responsibilities
- Compiles and examines public and tax records to assess title liabilities and insurability
- Prepares accurate title commitments following company procedures
- Works under general supervision, managing own workload and contributing to team quality
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
- Experience in examining titles for commercial or industrial properties
- Familiarity with public records and title insurance processes
- Ability to communicate moderately complex information within the team
