Job Summary

Providing nationwide title services, the full-time Commercial Title Examiner will compile, investigate, and examine public records to determine the legal condition of commercial or industrial property titles, working remotely as part of a title team.

Key responsibilities

• Compiles and examines public and tax records to assess title liabilities and insurability
• Prepares accurate title commitments following company procedures
• Works under general supervision, managing own workload and contributing to team quality

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
• Experience in examining titles for commercial or industrial properties
• Familiarity with public records and title insurance processes
• Ability to communicate moderately complex information within the team
