Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Commercial Title Examiner in the Energy Division (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Searches and examines chains of title primarily for commercial land
• Performs title examination of complex title orders requiring a high level of title expertise
• Abstracts and analyzes records to determine ownership and legal restrictions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of directly related Commercial Title experience in Texas, Iowa, Colorado, or Pennsylvania
• Knowledge of legal terms used in title documents
• Ability to read and decipher legal descriptions relating to title orders
• Multiple state licenses (as required by state) to do business in a broad geographic area
