Job Summary

Supporting real estate transactions, the full-time Commercial Title Officer will provide high-level customer service and proactive communication to resolve title insurability issues for commercial transactions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Advising customers, attorneys, and lenders to resolve title insurability issues prior to closing
• Communicating with clients and third parties to obtain necessary documentation for clearing title-related issues
• Following standard procedures and guidelines while managing individual workload effectively

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
