Job Summary

Driving seller readiness and skill development, the full-time Senior Associate, Commercial Training & Enablement will own the Quest to SGS upskilling program, facilitate onboarding for new hires, and support seller readiness through training sessions and feedback, all in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and execute the Quest to SGS upskilling program, including facilitation, curriculum updates, and tracking program effectiveness
  • Co-deliver the Inside Sales Camp onboarding program, focusing on core selling skills and reinforcing application through role plays and feedback
  • Support pitch and demo readiness programs, providing actionable feedback and facilitating certification sessions for sales representatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-4+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a related field
  • Direct experience working with Inside Sales teams strongly preferred
  • Experience facilitating training sessions, workshops, or coaching conversations preferred
  • Strong understanding of Inside Sales fundamentals, including discovery, messaging, and objection handling
