Commercial Training Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Training and Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and ongoing training programs for the commercial team
• Develop and maintain training materials and assess training needs for improvements
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and report progress to senior management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
• Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a commercial or sales environment
• Strong knowledge of brand and product training methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop team members
