Commercial Training Operations Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the successful launch and commercialization of COMP360, the full-time remote Commercial Training Operations Manager will manage the learning management system, oversee the onboarding experience for field personnel, and deliver analytics and reporting for training effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of the learning management system, including training asset maintenance and troubleshooting
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding experience for field-based personnel, coordinating with various departments to align training agendas and schedules
• Collaborate with the Director of Commercial Training to define training effectiveness metrics and deliver meaningful reports to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Education, or a related field
• 2-3+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Training within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Experience contributing to or leading launch training for specialty or complex therapies
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial models, including sales and market access roles
• Experience managing vendors and learning platforms such as learning management systems (LMS)
