Commercial Transactions Attorney

Job Summary

To provide temporary legal support for a high-volume contracts pipeline, the remote Commercial Transactions Counsel will draft, review, and negotiate various vendor and procurement agreements while advising stakeholders on contract interpretation and managing assigned matters efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate vendor, services, and procurement agreements with quick turnaround
• Advise business stakeholders on contract interpretation, terms, risks, and negotiating strategies
• Manage assigned legal matters and maintain contract workflows and document retention practices

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active admission to practice law in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in commercial transactions and contract counsel
• Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating complex vendor and procurement agreements
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of simultaneous matters efficiently with minimal supervision
