Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Underwriting Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and follow-up calls, providing superior customer service
• Research policy information and exercise underwriting authority while processing policy change requests
• Escalate risks beyond designated authority to appropriate underwriters or supervisors

Required Qualifications

• One (1) year or more related Property & Casualty experience
• High School diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in typing, spreadsheets, and CRM applications
