Job Summary

Commercial Underwriting Manager is a full-time position that oversees a team of underwriters and support personnel, managing the issuance of real estate title insurance commitments and policies while ensuring adherence to underwriting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and set priorities for a large functional area or department
• Supervise a team of professionals responsible for operations and project outcomes
• Conduct employee performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Juris Doctor preferred; Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-7 years of directly related experience in the Title Industry
• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management role preferred
