Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with agency partners and policyholders regarding billing details and coverage information
• Process high-volume transactions, including mortgage updates and address changes, with accuracy
• Review and manage renewal documents to ensure completeness and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance or equivalent education and experience
• Proficient in data entry and handling customer service inquiries
• Experience with processing insurance documents and transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
