Commercialization Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading commercialization and new product launch projects, the full-time Commercialization Project Manager will manage a portfolio of 10-15 concurrent projects while facilitating cross-functional collaboration and maintaining project schedules in a hybrid or fully remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercialization and new product launch projects using Stage-Gate methodology
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and milestones while identifying and mitigating risks
• Facilitate collaboration among R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, and Regulatory teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with commercialization, Stage-Gate processes, and NPD/NPI in relevant environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
