Commission Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commission Analyst to provide broker commission payment expertise and technical support in accordance with established rules and sales performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze commission payment data, validate calculations, and resolve payment-related issues
• Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy and integrity
• Reconcile commission payments with sales data, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accuracy

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3 years of experience within commission/financial/data analytics
• Experience executing commission payments and/or using payment software solutions
• Intermediate experience in Excel
• Strong drive for results and accountability
