Job Summary
Managing commission statement data, the full-time remote Commission Information Specialist will collect, review, and load carrier statement information into specified systems while maintaining accurate portal access and addressing any discrepancies.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain a spreadsheet of carrier portals, including login and password information
- Download and account for commission statements from various sources, ensuring proper electronic filing
- Communicate with carrier representatives to resolve issues related to missing statements and assist with special projects as needed
Required qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
- Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
