Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design and govern annual and mid-year sales compensation plans
- Translate revenue strategy into quotas, payout curves, and crediting rules
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual commission cycles, including calculations and audits
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Compensation, Revenue Operations, or Commission Management
- Experience with commission systems like CaptivateIQ or similar platforms
- Strong Salesforce reporting and data modeling experience
- Advanced Excel modeling and financial analysis skills
- Experience supporting SaaS or subscription-based revenue models
