Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and govern annual and mid-year sales compensation plans
  • Translate revenue strategy into quotas, payout curves, and crediting rules
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual commission cycles, including calculations and audits
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Compensation, Revenue Operations, or Commission Management
  • Experience with commission systems like CaptivateIQ or similar platforms
  • Strong Salesforce reporting and data modeling experience
  • Advanced Excel modeling and financial analysis skills
  • Experience supporting SaaS or subscription-based revenue models
