Commission Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Associate Commission Operations Analyst will analyze commission data, resolve discrepancies, and prepare operational deliverables to ensure accurate commission applications from carrier partnerships.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform daily reconciliation and application of carrier commissions and review membership information
• Research and resolve commission payments, statements, and system discrepancies with internal and external teams
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual operational deliverables in support of Finance close

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance or two years equivalent experience in cash reconciliation, accounts receivable, and collections
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including v-lookup formulas
• Ability to meet critical deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in data analysis and management reporting
• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and experience working with auditors preferred
