Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commission Systems Specialist who will assist in the administration of enterprise-wide compensation policy and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain expert knowledge of the CompenSafe system to support HR Business Partners
- Update and maintain employee compensation plans and profiles in the CompenSafe system
- Provide customer service to employees regarding compensation and CompenSafe system questions
Required Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of CompenSafe software is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Some experience in HR Compensation, Finance, Payroll, or HR Generalist role is preferred
- Mortgage industry or Financial Services experience is a plus
