Commissioning Manager

Job Summary

To support the final stages of construction, the remote Commissioning Manager will manage commissioning plans and schedules, lead system testing and validation, and ensure operational readiness for data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive commissioning plans and oversee testing protocols across MEP and IT systems
• Lead end-to-end testing of critical infrastructure systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and redundancy requirements
• Maintain commissioning documentation and deliver final reports to operations, ensuring compliance with internal standards and local codes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commissioning, construction, or operations within data centers or similar environments
• Hands-on experience with commissioning electrical and mechanical systems at scale
• Experience working with OEM vendors, contractors, and third-party commissioning agents
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Familiarity with redundancy standards (N, N+1, 2N) and uptime requirements
