Job Summary

Leading commissioning projects from initiation through closeout, the full-time remote Commissioning Project Manager will ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards while managing project scope and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource strategies for commissioning activities
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to senior management and clients
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline preferred) or Construction Management
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in commissioning project management and engineering within the construction or engineering industry
  • At least 2 years of relevant mechanical or electrical engineering and/or field-testing experience
  • Expert knowledge of commissioning processes, procedures, and industry standards such as ASHRAE, CSA, and LEED
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and building automation
