Job Summary

Leading commissioning projects from initiation through closeout, the full-time remote Commissioning Project Manager will develop project plans, manage scope and risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead commissioning projects, ensuring adherence to budget and quality standards
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules for commissioning activities
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management and clients
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or Construction Management; advanced degrees or certifications preferred
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in commissioning project management and engineering
  • Proven success managing multiple complex commissioning projects simultaneously
  • Expert knowledge of commissioning processes, procedures, and industry standards such as ASHRAE, CSA, and LEED
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building automation, and related systems
