- Administer compensation plans and process commission payments for employees
- Audit commission payments and provide support to sales teams regarding compensation plans
- Perform detailed sales reporting, analysis, and annual commission compensation planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of related commissions administration experience
- Strong/advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience using Xactly
- Sales reporting experience
