Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commissions Analyst to support the technical implementation and administration of sales commission programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the technical implementation of commission programs and translate commission plan structures into code
• Collaborate with various teams to implement and maintain commission program updates and resolve related questions
• Monitor data pipelines and ETL processes for accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement in commission calculations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience
• Preferred experience with Python
• Exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance is preferred
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
