Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commissions Analyst to support the implementation and administration of sales commission programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the technical implementation of commission programs and translate commission plan structures into code
• Collaborate with various teams to implement updates and resolve commission-related inquiries
• Monitor data pipelines for accuracy and contribute to the continuous improvement of commission processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience is required
• Preferred experience with Python and exposure to compensation or corporate finance
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and adaptable environment
