Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commissions Analyst to support the implementation and administration of sales commission programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the technical implementation of commission programs and translate commission plan structures into technical logic
• Collaborate with various teams to maintain and update commission programs, ensuring accurate execution
• Monitor data pipelines and respond to commission-related inquiries from stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience is required
• Preferred experience in Python and exposure to compensation or corporate finance
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and adaptable work environment
