Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
At least 2 years of SQL experience
Preferred experience in Python
Exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance
Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
