Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commissions Analyst to support the technical implementation and administration of sales commission programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the technical implementation of commission programs and translate commission structures into code
• Collaborate with various teams to implement and maintain commission program updates and resolve related inquiries
• Monitor data pipelines and improve commission calculation processes while documenting and enhancing technical infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience is required
• Preferred experience in Python and exposure to compensation or corporate finance
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced and adaptable environment
