A company is looking for a Commissions Analyst to support the administration of sales commission programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the technical implementation of commission programs and translate business rules into code
• Collaborate with various teams to implement and maintain commission program updates
• Monitor data pipelines and respond to commission-related inquiries from stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience
• Preferred experience with Python
• Exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
