Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commissions Analyst to support the technical implementation and administration of sales commission programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of commission programs by translating commission plan structures into technical logic
• Collaborate with various teams to resolve issues related to commission calculations and ensure accurate execution of incentive programs
• Monitor data pipelines and processes to improve commission calculation accuracy and respond to stakeholder inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience is required
• Preferred experience in Python and exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
