Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commissions Analyst to support the technical implementation and administration of sales commission programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the technical implementation of commission programs and translate commission plan structures into code
• Collaborate with various teams to implement updates and resolve questions related to commission calculations
• Monitor data pipelines for accuracy and support continuous improvement of commission processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience is required
• Python experience is preferred
• Exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance is preferred
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
