Key Responsibilities

• Support the technical implementation and administration of sales commission programs
• Translate commission plan structures into technical logic and code for calculations
• Collaborate with various teams to implement commission updates and resolve related inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience
• Preferred experience in Python and exposure to compensation or corporate finance
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and adaptable environment
