Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Support the technical implementation and maintenance of commission programs
Translate commission plan structures into technical logic for calculations
Collaborate with various teams to resolve commission-related issues and improve processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
At least 2 years of SQL experience
Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Python experience is preferred
Exposure to compensation, commissions, or corporate finance is preferred
