Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commissions Analyst to support the technical implementation and administration of sales commission programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of commission programs by translating commission structures into technical logic and code
• Collaborate with various teams to execute commission plans and resolve related inquiries
• Monitor data pipelines and improve commission calculation processes while responding to stakeholder questions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 2 years of SQL experience is required
• Preferred experience with Python and exposure to compensation or corporate finance
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and adaptable work environment
