Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commissions Analyst to support the technical implementation and administration of sales commission programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the technical implementation of commission programs and translate commission plan structures into code
• Collaborate with various teams to implement commission program updates and resolve related inquiries
• Monitor data pipelines and enhance commission calculation processes while documenting improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science
• At least 2 years of SQL experience is required
• Preferred experience with Python and exposure to compensation or corporate finance
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and adaptable work environment
